Elliott drives Medalogix’s mission. He is responsible for working with the Board of Directors to evolve the company’s vision and set the company’s goals, hiring and working with the leadership team to drive the company’s mission and ensure it is clearly articulated for all employees, shaping engaging company culture, and speaking directly to the market on behalf of Medalogix. He admires how the company’s data outcomes impact care delivery and empower home health and hospice to make better patient care decisions, especially important as the complexity of the aging American population continues to evolve.
Elliott has been with Medalogix since 2013, when there were only four other full-timers working in the upstairs of an old house on Nashville’s Music Row. Previously employed at HealthStream Inc in Nashville and AirStrip Technology in San Antonio, he holds over 15 years of healthcare technology experience.
Andrew leads the product, financial and operations teams that drive value for Medalogix customers. He is passionate about improving patient experience and outcomes through the combination of clinical workflows and machine learning. As a leader, Andrew is excited by the ability of technology to positively impact the provision of healthcare for millions of patients nationwide.
Before joining Medalogix in 2020, Andrew spent five years on the Medalogix board. Prior to Medalogix, Andrew served as Managing Director at Coliseum Capital Management where he invested in and partnered with portfolio company management teams across healthcare services and technology.
Bryan brings clarity to product and development teams by defining the Medalogix approach to emerging opportunities.
As Chief Innovation Officer, he understands that home health and hospice segments of healthcare are more complex than people realize, and so identifying viable options for approaching new ventures is critical to success. Bryan believes Medalogix to be an extension of the clinical teams, staffed with talented healthcare professionals who indirectly improve patient care and the end-of-life experience for hundreds of thousands of people.
As the former CEO and Co-founder of Muse Healthcare, Bryan rejoins Medalogix for a second time. The first as CTO from 2012 through 2016. An avid chess player and sustainable backyard composter, Bryan embodies what it means to take strategic measures to set yourself up for long-term success.
Derek leads the team of technology professionals that create and operate the data & software products for Medalogix customers. He relishes the opportunity to build technology products that are used directly in patient care decisions. He gets to leverage his deep experience in analytics and software to help bring new products and innovation to Medalogix, ultimately improving healthcare decisions. His focus is on the big picture, expanding the team with more talent and creating an environment that supports the company’s growth.
A natural-born builder and self-taught programmer, Derek is no stranger to solving problems with hands-on solutions. He gets to use his passion for engineering in a way that improves healthcare daily. With 25 years in the industry, Derek chooses to continue working for Medalogix because of the incredible mission, the fulfilling work, and the great Medalogix team.
As Chief Clinical Officer, Cyndi provides oversight and leadership to an experienced team of clinicians who collaborate with customers to develop best practice operational models in support of the successful implementation and adoption of the Medalogix product suite. A registered nurse with decades of home health and hospice experience, Cyndi represents the voice of the provider, clinician, and patient, helping to ensure that the most clinically sound and operationally effective tools are placed in the hands of Medalogix customers.
Previously serving in home health and hospice industry roles in provider operations, consulting, and as a clinical product manager, Cyndi joined the Medalogix team in 2015, relocating from New Jersey to Nashville. In keeping with her nursing roots, Cyndi volunteers for the American Red Cross, serving as a responder to local disaster victims. A music lover, in her spare time she takes full advantage of the Music City culture, supporting local musicians and venues by frequently attending live music events.
