A large healthcare system is rolling out Bridge—an analytics technology that predicts the probability of death to facilitate better conversations about end-of-life care options—across all its home health, dual operator branches. To accommodate the enterprise-wide expansion, Medalogix developed an integration with the provider's Electronic Health Record (EHR), DeVero.
